Southampton football legend opens new show home in heart of city

To celebrate the launch of their new show home and communal garden, award-winning house builder Crest Nicholson is hosting a champagne reception at their Empress Heights development with special guest Matt Le Tissier, former England and Southampton FC footballer.

Having already sold more than a third of the development, Crest Nicholson’s new show home will cater for the next wave of home buyers. From 6pm on December 13, members of the public will have the have the opportunity to view the new beautifully designed, two bedroom show home and communal garden.

Matt Le Tissier will officially open the event at 7pm with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Attendees will be able to meet the football star, have their photo taken with him and get his signature on any merchandise they bring along.
