We are delighted to continue welcoming customers to our Sales Suites and Show Homes.

We've put a number of changes in place to keep you, and our employees safe during your visit. We want your experience to be relaxed, safe and enjoyable.

Our Sales Suites and Show Homes are open, with safety measures in place for the wellbeing of Crest staff and our customers. To enable social distancing guidelines to be followed, we are hosting one customer group at a time, and are prioritising customers with appointments. Alternatively, telephone and virtual appointments also continue to be available.

Your arrival

When you arrive at the visitor car park, you will be reminded of social distancing. Please use the hand sanitiser provided prior to entering the Sales Suite.

One at a time

For the safety of our customers, and Crest Nicholson colleagues, we are hosting one customer group at a time.

If you have an appointment, your Sales Executive will unlock the door and greet you at the pre-arranged time.

If you dropped by without an appointment, we will be happy to greet you, provided that the Sales Suite and show home is vacant. If we are hosting another customer, please kindly wait and we will greet you as soon as the previous customer has left.

Looking after each other

We are a friendly team, but we won’t shake your hand during the current time, and you will see us wearing masks for your protection.

Please maintain a 2-metre distance between yourself and your Sales Executive at all times. It may be necessary not to bring younger children to site, if they aren’t able to follow social distancing rules.

If you are unwell or experiencing COVID19 symptoms, please do not visit. Our Sales Executives will be happy to provide support and information remotely including virtual show home tours.

During your visit

If you are visiting to view a show home, this part of your visit will be unaccompanied.

Your Sales Executive will be able to discuss any specific points with you and answer any questions in the Sales Suite, or if you prefer, a video call can be arranged to follow up remotely.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refreshments during your visit and customer toilet facilities will not be available.

Exiting the Sales Suite

Hand sanitiser is available inside the Sales Suite, for your use prior to leaving us.

High contact surfaces such as door handles and desk counters in our Sales Suites and show homes will be wiped down following each appointment.

We thank you for taking the time to visit our Sales Suites and show homes safely. At the end of your visit your Sales Executive will discuss your next steps. You can reserve a new Crest Nicholson home in person, or if you prefer, you can do this remotely from the comfort of your own home. Purchasing a new home has never been easier.
