Armed Forces Discount

“Crest Nicholson” is referred to as “Crest Nicholson”, “we”, “us”, or “our”. Our Armed Forces Discount Scheme is available on our new build homes only and is subject to contract and eligibility criteria. To qualify you must be a currently serving member of the regular or reserve UK Armed Forces and have successfully passed Phase 1 of your training. You must provide us with satisfactory evidence of your status in the UK Armed Forces and that you meet these requirements. We will then provide a discount of £1,000 off the purchase price of one of our new build homes for every £25,000 of purchase price. The amount of the discount is capped at £25,000 in total. To take advantage of this offer you must claim before reserving a property from us. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or scheme except Forces Help to Buy. We may in our absolute discretion, withdraw or alter the terms of this offer at any time before you have reserved your new build home from us and paid your reservation fee. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any other debt secured on it. Individual lender terms and conditions may affect the offer.
