All new build homes are independently assessed during construction and covered by a 10-year NHBC Buildmark, Premier Guarantee or other warranty provider guarantee. The first two years are covered by Crest Nicholson’s own dedicated customer service team.

The design stage incorporates security and low-level maintenance, and a 'fit for purpose' inspection is conducted on every new home before occupancy.
