If you already have a 10% deposit saved, our Deposit Booster scheme could add up to an extra 5%* of the purchase price. Take advantage of a smaller 85% mortgage and potentially lower rates and make your dream home a reality.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

If your chosen home value is £300,000

You must have a 10% deposit of £30,000

We could boost your deposit by £15,000 bringing your total deposit to £45,000 (15%)

You would then only need an 85% mortgage for the remaining £255,000

DEPOSIT BOOSTER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

  • This offer is for Crest Nicholson to contribute towards your mortgage deposit up to a maximum of 5% of the purchase price. You are required to contribute a minimum 10% deposit
  • You must be financially qualified by an independent mortgage advisor and meet the lender’s mortgage eligibility criteria.

HOW DOES THE CONTRIBUTION WORK?

  • Crest Nicholson’s contribution will be:
    • agreed before you reserve your Crest Nicholson home; and confirmed in the reservation agreement; and
    • paid to your solicitor on legal completion of your Crest Nicholson home purchase provided that legal completion must take place on or before the date agreed at the time of reservation.
  • This offer:
    • cannot be used with any other Crest Nicholson offer;
    • is available on selected developments and plots only, subject to status and availability.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Crest Nicholson may, at its absolute discretion, withdraw or alter the terms of this offer at any time before you have reserved your Crest Nicholson home and paid your reservation fee.
  • If you require a mortgage, you are strongly advised to obtain advice from a regulated adviser.
  • In the event that your reservation agreement expires or is cancelled/terminated, any deposit boost offer in relation to your deposit will automatically terminate.
