On Saturday, local MP for Great Yarmouth and Minister of State for Housing Brandon Lewis received a site tour of Crest Nicholson’s Rosewood development in Colchester.
The purpose of the visit was for the local MP to meet with Crest Nicholson’s Group Financial Director, Patrick Bergin, and have a look around the show homes at the development. The visit coincided with the release of an open letter from the country’s leading housebuilders, including Crest Nicholson, urging UK voters to remain in the EU ahead of next week’s referendum.
Brandon Lewis MP, said “I was delighted to see the show homes at Rosewood, as I don’t often get the chance to view these. I was really impressed with the Code 4 Sustainability of the homes at Rosewood, and the value for money that residents get here. It was also very interesting to see that this development is part of the planned multi-million-pound regeneration of the Northern Gateway scheme, so residents at Rosewood will undoubtedly benefit from this’.
Patrick Bergin, Group Financial Director at Crest Nicholson, said “It was a pleasure to welcome Brandon Lewis MP to our Rosewood development on Saturday. The visit was a fantastic opportunity for Brandon to see how the development is shaping up and gain a first-hand insight into the housebuilding industry.’
