    and utility companies
    • Co-ordinating and monitoring contractors for estate maintenance,
    gardening, etc.
    On a more personal level, the Concierge can arrange dry cleaning, accept deliveries,
    direct visitors and take messages, including – if authorised – sign for packages,
    mail etc. Other services may be available by individual arrangement.
