House-hunters, Karen and Reha Andac, discovered that buying their dream family home could be stress and hassle free thanks to the part exchange scheme on offer at Crest Nicholson’s St James Mead development in Badsey Village, near Evesham. Having been on the search for a new, bigger family home for a number of years, the Andac’s were thrilled to discover they could secure their ideal property without having the worry of securing a buyer for their own house.

Karen Andac, explained: “We’d used part exchange in the past but hadn’t really considered it this time around, as finding the right home for our family needs was the priority. We’ve got two children, a son who’s a 20 year old university student and a daughter who’s just about to start university herself, and with so many adults in the house we were really feeling the need for extra living space. When I found out Crest could offer us part exchange, buying our house at market value, taking away the stress of being in a property chain and the expense of going through an estate agent, I knew it was meant to be!

Having lived in other new build homes before, the Andacs had overlooked St James Mead until recently. “I’m originally from the area and have lived here with my family for the last 15 years. Funnily enough our new house is even within walking distance of one of our past homes, but I hadn’t been to St James Mead until just a few months ago. We had been looking to move for quite a few years and had tended to look at developers other than Crest Nicholson because we were more familiar with them. As soon as I walked into the sales office at St James Mead, I knew what I’d been missing. It makes a real difference when you have a house full of adults, plus guests and friends popping in. I’m really looking forward to getting us all round the table for a big Christmas dinner.”
