Crest Nicholson is celebrating success after being presented with an award for design from the Northamptonshire branch of Campaign to Protect Rural England (CPRE). Crest Nicholson’s Waterside is the second phase of its popular Monksmoor Park development. Waterside received the accolade in recognition of its distinctive architectural styles and development layout. The integration of homes and the countryside was also a key reason for its success.

Waterside received the nomination by a member of CPRE, and was one of just five winners, out of a total of 24 nominees. In addition, Waterside was one of very few new build developments to make the prestigious shortlist, which was largely made up of restorations and individual housing.

Waterside is a contemporary collection of homes at Crest Nicholson’s Monksmoor Park development, Daventry. Homes at Waterside are nestled in an abundance of open space, situated next to the Grand Union Canal, with access to beautiful open countryside. The development has been built with Garden Village principles at its core, creating a new community where the natural environment can be enjoyed by all.

Crest Nicholson has just a handful of three bedroom houses left at this popular phase of Monksmoor Park, which has seen strong interest from both first-time buyers stepping onto the property ladder, and families looking to gain extra space in this idyllic location.

David Hnyda, Sales and Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson Chiltern, said: “We’re proud to be presented with this award from CPRE, which reflects the excellent design of our Waterside development. At Crest Nicholson, we’re committed to producing high-quality homes that blend seamlessly into their surroundings, and this accolade is a testament to this.

“Homes at Waterside have proved hugely popular with buyers looking for contemporary architecture positioned in a peaceful semi-rural setting. With our last remaining homes selling fast, we’d urge prospective buyers to schedule a viewing now to avoid disappointment.”

Three bedroom houses are available at Waterside from £269,950. To find out more about Waterside at Monksmoor Park, call 01327 368722
