Award-winning developer Crest Nicholson is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Dobson to the position of Managing Director for its Strategic Projects division. Andrew will lead the key division, which is responsible for identifying, promoting and facilitating large scale residential led development opportunities that meet Crest Nicholson’s commitment to delivering high quality sustainable communities.

With over 25 years’ experience in the development industry Andrew is a key addition to the Crest Nicholson senior management team. In the past three years, Andrew has been the Development Director within the Crest Nicholson Strategic Projects division, responsible for establishing and safeguarding Crest Nicholson’s place making vision and overseeing the optimisation and delivery of Crest Nicholson Strategic Project’s larger operational sites. 

As Managing Director of Crest Nicholson’s Strategic Projects division, Andrew will manage a team of 21 employees and take on responsibility for a portfolio of 20 sites within the Groups wider strategic land portfolio which extends to a total GDV of £5.166bn. Immediate priorities under his new remit include the ongoing promotion of key Garden Village initiatives in Ipswich, Chippenham, Harry Stoke and Milton Keynes and the continued delivery of long term strategic developments including Tadpole Garden Village in Swindon and Kilnwood Vale in Faygate.
