A new collection of homes at Crest Nicholson’s Cavendish Grange development in Milton Keynes was officially launched last night by former Rugby Union and Saracens star Kyran Bracken.
The champagne reception, which took place from 6pm to 8pm, was attended by Crest Nicholson staff, members of the public and local estate agents who looked around two elegant show homes in the sought-after area of Middleton in Milton Keynes.
Kyran kicked off the evening with a short speech, before having his photo taken with guests and signing merchandise for fans.
The development comprises 64 new homes with a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom houses. Cavendish Grange is set to appeal to all types of homebuyers; whether they are a first-time buyer, couple, family or downsizer - there is a home to suit everyone’s needs.
Christine Tiernan, Sales & Marketing Director for Crest Nicholson South, said: “The launch was a great success and we were delighted to welcome so many people along to the event.
“One of the key attractions of Cavendish Grange is the great location. Whether you’re a commuter travelling into London or a family looking for great local schools, the Cavendish Grange properties cater for all purchasers. We’ve had a fantastic response, having already sold eight properties. We’ve also sold out of two bedroom houses since the launch but we will have more available, so if you’re keen to buy a property, please get in touch with our sales team.”
Unspoilt countryside is a main feature of Cavendish Grange, with lakes and country parks on your doorstep. The beautiful landscaping and broad leafy avenues help bring this glorious countryside even closer to home. Safe, designated play areas mean this is an especially wonderful place for young families too. Crest Nicholson also has another development in Milton Keynes, Oakgrove Village, just south of Cavendish Grange. A new underpass will allow safe access to the facilities of Oakgrove, including the shops at the Neighbourhood Centre.
Milton Keynes is ideal for commuters, as it is well placed for the M1, M6, M25 and M40 motorways. The train connections are excellent too, with peak hour services to London Euston being as fast as 36 minutes, and well under an hour to Birmingham New Street.
Prices start from £249,950 for a three bedroom house and from £354,950 for a four bedroom house. For further information on the homes here, please call: 0845 521 1984 or visit www.crestnicholson.com/cavendishgrange
