Crest Nicholson award winners place emphasis firmly on celebrating positive customer experience

Housebuilder Crest Nicholson has announced the winners of its annual Customer Experience Awards 2013. The awards recognise and celebrate the achievements of Sales Advisors, Site Managers and the Customer Services teams around the country, ensuring that quality service is embedded into every aspect of the company’s operations by placing the emphasis firmly on the extent to which employees are meeting the needs and expectations of customers nationwide.   

Thirteen employees won awards in recognition of their stellar efforts over the last year. In Epsom, this included Eileen Guihen, who was awarded Gold in the Sales Advisor of the Year category for their commitment to helping purchasers navigate the home buying process at Noble Park.

Noble Park comprises homes with exciting choices for everyone from first time buyers to growing families and busy working professionals, as well as those seeking a more relaxed pace of life. 

Discussing Eileen’s win, Christine Tiernan, Sales and Marketing Director for Crest Nicholson South said: “Eileen demonstrates a very high level of skill and competence in her work and with her colleagues. Eileen Guihen has been at Crest Nicholson for 3 years and joined in July 2010 at Elements in Epsom. She was trained by Charlotte Powley and progressed to Silver in June 2012, after moving to Noble Park in Epsom.
