Shoreham Sales Advisor and Site Manager Win National Company Awards

A site manager and a sales advisor from Crest Nicholson’s Shoreham development, Orchard Gate, have both won a Bronze Award at housebuilder Crest Nicholson’s annual national Sales Advisor and Site Manager of the Year awards ceremony. Tom Maidment, who has worked for Crest Nicholson for four years, beat off competition from across the country to be presented with a Bronze Award at the company’s Sales Advisor of the Year awards ceremony on Wednesday and Paul Burnett won a Bronze Award in the Site Manager category.

Tom and Paul won the awards for their work at the Orchard Gate development in Shoreham-by-Sea, where Tom has consistently delivered the very best in customer service and driven sales in a challenging market and Paul won the award for his dedication to delivering the very best build quality.

It’s really satisfying when, after working closely with a customer, I hand them the keys to their new home and see how happy and excited they are.”

Paul, 53, commented: “I am absolutely thrilled to have won the Bronze award but I couldn’t have done it without the support of my team, all of whom have contributed to Orchard Gate being such a success. I love the variety of my job – I get to work with everyone from our forklift truck drivers to sub-contractors and also often to work with our customers throughout the construction process to ensure that they are really happy with their new home. It’s great to be honoured for doing a job that I really enjoy and there’s nothing better than seeing a happy buyer settled in their new home.”
