Crest Nicholson and Crawley Borough Council announce exciting plans for local development
Award-winning housebuilder Crest Nicholson and Crawley Borough Council are gearing up for the launch of The Apex Apartments development in Summer 2017. The brand-new collection of one and two bedroom apartments are set to offer a mix of units allocated to Crawley Borough Council and luxury housing in the heart of Crawley.
In total the development will provide 216 new homes for the local community with underground parking access.
Once complete, landscaped courtyards will provide residents with open green spaces, while nearby Goff’s Park offers a haven from busy town centre life - ideal for woodland walks with lake views.
The development’s close proximity to both Crawley and Three Bridges Rail Station makes the site ideal for London commuters, with direct lines into London Victoria in under 45 minutes.
Sales and Marketing Executive for Crest Nicholson, Marcus Evans, said: “We’re all really looking forward to the launch of The Apex Apartments and are excited to have a presence here in Crawley.
“We feel the proximity to two train stations with great connections and green open spaces will offer The Apex Apartments the best of both worlds.”
Crawley Borough Council Cabinet member for Housing, Councillor Stephen Joyce, said: “This is a landmark development in a great location for Crawley and I am delighted that the council were able to secure 86 affordable units.
“This development makes a valuable contribution to the increasing need for housing within the town centre.”
