The safety and wellbeing of customers, employees and residents is our absolute priority and continue to closely follow guidance from Government, Public Health Authorities and the Construction Leadership Council.
Sales suites across the majority of Crest Nicholson developments are now open again with new safety measures in place for the wellbeing of Crest staff and our customers. To enable social distancing guidelines to be followed, we will be hosting one customer group at a time in our sales suites and show homes, and will prioritise customers with appointments.

Customer Service staff continue to be available for our customers to contact. We thank our customers for their patience during the lockdown period of recent weeks. During this time, we have been dealing with emergency issues only. We are pleased that the Government has now permitted non-emergency work to take place in customers' homes and we are now contacting customers to arrange appointments to resolve non-emergency issues. All appointments will be subject to strict safety protocols that we will discuss with our customers when making an appointment.
We expect non-emergency appointments to start from 1st June, and will ask for your understanding as we work through a backlog of outstanding appointments. We will work through these in the order they were notified to us. We will continue to prioritise emergency issues.
The Government has clearly communicated that the construction sector should continue to work, provided that relevant Covid-19 prevention measures can be followed. We have developed a detailed set of working practises and protocols to enable our construction sites to operate safely. From 18 May, we will start to remobilise activity on our sites in line with the latest guidance from Government, Public Health Authorities and the Construction Leadership Council. Our teams are now working to new industry standards in line with the MHLCG and HBF charters.
