The following is a summary of our performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) in 2019. These measures reflect our overall performance against our FY2018 strategy. We use them to improve the quality of our business and ensure that we deliver value to our shareholders and other stakeholders over the long term. To align the focus of management with the interests with shareholders, some KPIs are reflected in our management incentive schemes.
