We aim to grow our business to a level that sustains long-term value creation by delivering quality homes and mixed use communities that meet market needs.

In 2015 we continued on our path to achieve £1bn of revenue by 2016. In relation to 2016 we are targeting unit sales of 2,700–2,900 and an average selling price of £340k–350k.
