Crest Nicholson is a leading developer with a history of creating well-designed sustainable communities for over 50 years. We are proud to hold a highly-regarded capability for delivering schemes of varying size and scale.
Our divisional structure enables us to develop local insight and relationships. Our updated strategy is focused on blending this regional experience with a more disciplined approach to design and specification and consistent execution across the Group.
The group operates through five regional house building divisions as well as a centralised specialist Partnerships & Strategic Land division (CNPSL), providing core competencies in working in partnership, a multi-channel approach and strategic land. Working in partnership enables the business to collaboratively acquire land to be developed jointly. Our partners include Homes England, the Defence Infrastructure Organisation, housing associations and financial institutions. Participating in the well capitalised investment market, provides an opportunity to increase the overall number of homes delivered by achieving a higher pre-sold position.
Crest Nicholson have built a reputation for outstanding planning promotion work. The combination of; planning expertise, considered early investment and award winning placemaking, helps Crest Nicholson be a developer of choice for land owners and local authorities. The CNPSL team are responsible for sourcing and promoting non-consented land through the planning system to achieve a consent. Our house building business then creates the quality places in which our customers want to live.
Our divisions are supported by a number of central functions, which help to support and drive consistent performance across the business.
