Award-winning developer, Crest Nicholson, has today announced that it has purchased 31-acres of land at Perrybrook in the village of Brockworth, Gloucestershire, where it plans to construct 435 brand-new two, three, four and five bedroom homes.

Construction on the development is due to begin in early 2023 and will include a number of Crest Nicholson’s new house types such as the three bedroom Chesham and four bedroom Romsey.

Gareth Hawke, Land and Planning Director at Crest Nicholson South West, comments: “We are pleased to confirm the purchase of a 31 acre site at Perrybrook, expanding our offering in Gloucestershire. This is a strategic land purchase that allows us to build a new community in one of the most sought-after locations in the South West.
