Local housebuilder Crest Nicholson has made sure that every child at Wentworth Primary School in Maldon will end the term with a Christmas gift, courtesy of its Wycke Place community located less than two miles from the school.
Thanks to Crest Nicholson’s donation, the PTA was able to buy a Christmas activity book for every pupil. Each book will be wrapped and delivered by Santa during the final week of term.
Sophie Fitzgerald, Sales & Marketing Director for Crest Nicholson Eastern said:
“Supporting local schools is one of the many ways we strive to make a positive impact in the communities where we build across the East of England. We are delighted to be able make a donation so that every child at Wentworth Primary School will get a Christmas activity book.”
Mrs Dack, Headteacher of Wentworth Primary School added:
“We’re so grateful for Crest Nicholson’s commitment to supporting a local school, and their generous donation has enabled us to gift each child an activity book this Christmas - a gesture that will mean so much to them and their families.”
