A community in the making
Located in the picturesque village of Faygate, this development of new homes provides a new community green, known as the Gateway Village Green.
The area also provides a host of other community facilities, including a primary school, neighbourhood park, play and sports areas, all of which are being delivered as part of the development.
In addition, footpaths, cycle paths and bridleways are already provided, offering strong links into Bewbush and across the A264 into Buchan Country Park.

Kilnwood Vale Primary School was officially opened on Thursday 28th November. The opening of the new school was celebrated by the key partners who were integral in getting the project delivered, including Crest Nicholson, Willmott Dixon, members of the Council and GLF schools, which is a Multi-Academy Trust made up of 40 schools.
Kilnwood Vale Primary School officially opened its doors to pupils on Monday 16th September in Horsham, West Sussex. Built by Crest Nicholson in partnership with leading education contractor, Wilmott Dixon, the school will be a welcomed addition to the growing Fayegate community.
The Cheals Roundabout will be reopened from Saturday 8th June 2019 whilst investigative works are carried out by Southern Water. The new left turn filter lane will remain closed while the investigative works are being carried out by the utility and will result in an extension to Crest Nicholson’s highway improvement works.
Crest Nicholson launched its brand new three-bedroom Thetford show home at Kilnwood Vale with a fun family Easter event on Saturday 20th April. Held from 12pm – 4pm the event included face painting and crafts, offering homebuyers the chance to explore the show home and meet their new neighbours.
