Crest Nicholson Eastern is delighted to announce that its site manager, Ralph Mallott, at the company’s Kings Warren development in Red Lodge, Suffolk, has been recognised for his hard work by receiving a ‘Quality Award’ in the National House Builders Council (NHBC) ‘Pride in the Job’ awards. The competition is a highly respected award in the house building industry and reflects the high standards and expertise of site managers at developments across the UK.

Having been selected from over 18,000 contenders in the UK, Ralph will now move forward to the next stage of the competition, the ‘Seal of Excellence’ awards which take place this autumn.

James Moody, Managing Director, Crest Nicholson Eastern comments: “This is a real achievement for Ralph and the team at Kings Warren and they should be very proud that their efforts have been recognised on a national level. Ralph plays an absolutely vital role in the delivery of the high quality new homes for which Crest Nicholson is renowned and this award is well deserved. We wish Ralph the best of luck for the next stage of the competition.”

NHBC's ‘Pride in the Job’ is the only national competition to focus on the contribution the site manager makes in producing high quality new homes. Four Crest Nicholson Eastern team members have been nominated for the awards.
