Local couple Emma and Tim Nuttall and their two children, Alice and Aria, recently moved into their new home at Crest Nicholson’s Hansford Park in Houlton. The family purchased their new four-bedroom house for £339,950 using the government-backed Help to Buy scheme.

Having made the short move from Rugby town centre, Emma was enthusiastic about the benefits of their new home compared to their old Edwardian terraced house. As the new owners of a semi-detached ‘Walberswick’ house, Emma and Tim are particularly pleased with the spacious bedrooms, which provide plenty of room for their growing family. The large windows flood the home with natural light, enhancing the sense of light and space throughout the house, and were a feature the couple loved.

Meanwhile Emma, who is currently on maternity leave, works as an administrator at Warwickshire County Council and anticipates that the expansion of the community will provide efficient public transport routes into other local towns.
