Paul Green, Site Manager at Lancaster Grange in Bricket Wood, has won Bronze in the ‘Site Manager of the Year’ category at the Customer Experience Awards 2018. The award is the latest in a series of successful accolades for Paul, as he was recently awarded the NHBC’s ‘Pride in Job’ and named a ‘commended winner’ in the NHBC’s Health and Safety awards 2018.

 

The annual Customer Experience awards, now in their 26th year, celebrate employees who deliver outstanding customer care in their roles as Site Managers, Sales Advisors, Customer Service Teams and Apprentices.

 

Awards in the ‘Site Manager’ category are presented to Crest Nicholson team members who have excelled at personifying the group’s ongoing commitment to “raising the bar” in terms of customer service. Nominees must demonstrate a range of competence in areas including quality presentation, a pro-active attitude, innovation and commitment to their own development. 

 

In total, 13 employees won awards across four individual categories in recognition of their talent and hard work over the last 12 months. The awards ceremony was held on Wednesday 4th July at Great Fosters Hotel in Egham, Surrey.

 

The Customer Experience Awards is a key date in Crest Nicholson’s calendar every year, demonstrating the value placed upon high-quality customer service across the group. The event is an opportunity to celebrate the achievements, hard work, and talent across the business.
