Crest Nicholson and Bluepine Living Announce Partnership

National housebuilder Crest Nicholson and affordable housing provider Bluepine Living, celebrate their partnership in a recent contract agreement to deliver 110 high-quality homes across three exciting developments. This collaboration underscores a shared commitment to create sustainable communities and provide much-needed affordable housing.

 

The partnership will provide new homes across three developments. Lewin Park in Langford, Bedfordshire will provide a total of 18  high quality, 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes for affordable rent.

 

A further 48 homes at Henley Gate in Ipswich, Suffolk will include a range of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom homes, providing 31 new affordable rent homes, with 17 available for shared ownership. The majority of homes will benefit from air source heat pumps or other sustainable low energy electrical heating, and be equipped with EV charging points.

 

The third development, Nags Head Lane in Brentwood, Essex will see the creation of 44 energy efficient 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes, with some homes featuring air source heat pumps or other sustainable low energy electrical heating, and equipped with EV charging points. 38 of the new homes will be available as affordable rent, with 6 shared ownership properties for sale.
