Thirteen employees won awards in recognition of their efforts over the 12 months. This annual event forms part of the company’s on-going commitment to driving forward customer service standards, as well as delivering comprehensive training and support for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in the industry. Crest Nicholson is also committed to supporting the new generation of property industry employees, having a well-established apprentice training and graduate recruitment programme.

As Stephen Stone, Chief Executive of Crest Nicholson said: “Every time we undertake the assessments for these awards we find ourselves operating in a different market dynamic and our teams are constantly having to adapt and flex to suit the ever changing market conditions. The site managers, sales advisors and customer service teams are operating at the frontline of the business and it is essential that we recognise how valuable their input is in terms of contributing to the overall success of the company.”
