Award Winning Developers Crest Nicholson and A2Dominion set to deliver 232 new Eco-homes as part of the existing Elmsbrook development in Bicester

Leading developers Crest Nicholson and A2 Dominion have today unveiled plans for their latest joint venture partnership. The £80 million residential scheme is a continuation of A2 Dominion’s existing Elmsbrook Eco-Town development in the North West of Bicester.

The strategic partnership between the developers is set to deliver 232, two, three, four and five bedroom Eco-homes over the 25-acre site as part of the exemplar phases of the Elmsbrook development. 30% of the new homes will be reserved for affordable housing, while the remaining homes will be available for private ownership. 

Built to the highest specifications, the Elmsbrook development offers purchasers eco-efficient properties and sustainable community living. All homes developed by the joint-venture will include rain water harvesting systems, electric car charging points, in home digital information systems and solar panels and will be heated by a district heating plant.

Construction for the next phase is due to begin on-site in Spring 2018, with the first residents moving in to their new homes in Spring / Summer 2019. In total, the joint-venture project is estimated to last four years, with a final completion date of Spring / Summer 2022.

Elmsbrook is located in the heart of Oxfordshire’s countryside, just an hour from London via Bicester North Station and within easy reach of Oxford and Birmingham via the M40.
