Crest Nicholson Eastern is delighted to announce that its site manager, Jim Nichol, based at Rosewood in Colchester, Essex, has been recognised for his hard work by receiving a ‘Quality Award’ in the National House Builders Council (NHBC) ‘Pride in the Job’ awards. The competition is a highly respected award in the house building industry and reflects the high standards and expertise of site managers at developments across the UK.

Having been selected from over 18,000 contenders in the UK, Jim will now move forward to the next stage of the competition, the ‘Seal of Excellence’ awards which take place this autumn.

Peter Diffley, Managing Director, Crest Nicholson Eastern comments: “This is a real achievement for Jim and the team at Rosewood and they should be very proud that their efforts have been recognised on a national level. Jim plays an absolutely vital role in the delivery of the high quality new homes for which Crest Nicholson is renowned and this award is well deserved. We wish him the best of luck for the next stage of the competition.”

NHBC's ‘Pride in the Job’ is the only national competition to focus on the contribution the site manager makes in producing high quality new homes.
