Nick explained: “Danielle has family in Gloucester and we have a number of friends who live there too, so we decided to start there. Friends of ours had bought a house at Hunts Grove and recommended that we take a look so we visited the development, and loved it straight away. The location also meant that it would be very easy for us to get to Bristol for work.”
Nick explained that the three bedroom Huntingdon house type was just what they were looking for: “We had never lived in a new build before, and were worried about space. As soon as we viewed the houses at Hunts Grove, those worries went away. There was plenty of storage space in the Huntingdon, and it didn’t compromise on the size of the rooms. The third bedroom was also a good size, which meant that we had room for guests to stay, and wouldn’t have to upsize when we start a family – it ticked all the boxes.”
The legal process and terminology surrounding the first step onto the property ladder can be a daunting process, and the couple were impressed with the support provided by Crest Nicholson. Nick continued, “The buying process was absolutely great. Crest Nicholson kept us completely up to date, and we could always just pick up the phone and ask any questions that came to mind.
“Once we were ready to move, they also provided us with a home demonstration, where they explained all the features of the house and how things such as the venting system for the wet rooms and the window security worked. This was a real added bonus, especially as there were features in the house that we may not have otherwise used. We felt fully supported throughout the entire process.”
Prices at Hunts Grove currently start from £177,995 for a three bedroom Huntingdon house, and £204,995 for a four bedroom Kennet house.
