Local Surrey charity Quest RDA enjoyed a hugely successful annual fundraiser last month, raising almost £9,000 with the help of event sponsors Crest Nicholson.
The sun was shining for the 145 riders who participated, 15% more than 2016’s event.
Oliver Reid, Sales and Marketing Executive at Crest Nicholson’s stunning local garden village Upper Longcross, was on hand to provide riders with their medals and rosettes.
Speaking after the event Marcus Evans, Sales and Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson, said: “It’s great to give something back to the community and see the happy faces of riders collecting their medals.
“We’re delighted to have helped facilitate such a well-attended, successful event, and look forward to continued involvement in worthwhile projects in the local community.”
Chairman of Quest RDA, Julie Jones, said: “Crest Nicholson has been instrumental in helping us raise almost £9,000 in what is a really important event for us.
The funding from Crest Nicholson and other donors will help us meet our running costs moving forward and we are very grateful for their involvement.”
