Last chance saloon to make a winning move

A new show apartment has been launched in Royal View which showcases not only the completion of the stunning atrium inside the building but celebrates the waterside development winning a run of prestigious national awards.

Sales at Royal View have now surpassed 70 per cent, with many buyers having completed and moved in. This has added to the urgency for those hoping to secure one of the last remaining apartments to visit the development, and to see for themselves why it was presented the Best Development award by What House? magazine.

Visiting Royal View, which is a 15 minute, level walk from the city centre, will also provide house hunters the final chance to see the completely unique atrium which stretches from the ground floor right up the glass ceiling on the eighth.

Since the design was revealed, Royal View has become arguably the most talked about building in the whole of the world heritage city, not only because of its curved design, but also due to the unparalleled views it provides including the rooftops of Bath, Royal Crescent and Victoria Park.

Designed by Rachel Nacer of Rasalo, the new show apartment mixes the latest colours, soft furnishings and design innovations to create an inspiring show apartment with flexibility central to the use of the space.

This includes an innovative moveable wall which allows owners to create either a more contemporary open living space or if needed an extra bedroom.

Marcus Evans, sales and marketing director at Crest Nicholson said: “The opening of any new show home always creates heightened levels of awareness. In this case, because of Royal View’s distinctive design and location, interest has been particularly enthusiastic.

“Seeing is believing, and you can’t truly appreciate what has been achieved at Bath Riverside without taking a proper look around and is why those serious about buying here need to visit.

“The central atrium really has taken the breath away from prospective buyers who just love the columns of draped greenery.

“It really does act like a communal heart to the building, while mirroring the organic surroundings of the building and is unlike anything ever seen before in the world heritage city.”

He added: “It really is a winning move for those who decide to make Royal View their home and we’re excited by the prospect of people taking a look around this fantastic new addition to the Bath property scene. But they’ll have to hurry, as properties are fast running out!”
