Crest Nicholson’s Centenary Quay is gearing up to welcome Vospers - a new beer, burger and cocktail concept.
Vospers has agreed a new 20-year lease for the 2,248 sq ft property, which is one of 12 new leisure units being developed at Woolston Waterside at Centenary Quay.
The venue joins existing commercial unit, Mettricks Coffee House, which opened its doors last month. Vospers will feature premium burgers and a drinks menu of craft beers, ales and homemade cocktails, with an interior inspired by the 1920s.
Upon completion, Centenary Quay will feature 1,620 residential dwellings and 78,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space, as well as a day nursery and library.
Sales and Marketing Director, Marcus Evans, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Vospers to our bourgeoning community.
“Mettricks has already proved a big hit here at Centenary Quay and we’re sure residents will be equally eager to enjoy the new dining options made available by this latest acquisition.”
