Crest Nicholson Regeneration last night opened the doors to a brand new residential phase at its award-winning Park Central development; the largest regeneration residential scheme in Birmingham city centre.
Named Central Plaza, the latest phase of housing – which will comprise 132 new homes –was launched at a VIP cocktail event in the new marketing suite and was attended by members of Birmingham City Council, local businesses and househunters that had already registered their interest in the new £15 million phase.
Proving a success, three apartments were reserved at last night’s event alone and based on the high level of initial interest Crest Nicholson has already received, more homes are expected to be reserved this weekend with purchasers wishing to secure their favoured plots.
Central Plaza will be launched to the general public this Saturday and Sunday, 23rd and 24th February at a special open weekend, where independent financial advisors and the Park Central sales team will be on hand to answer any purchaser questions.
Susan Young, sales and marketing director at Crest Nicholson Regeneration said: “Central Plaza represents the jewel in the crown at Park Central. This new phase has been highly anticipated and we believe it offers the most exciting range of homes to be delivered at Park Central in the last decade. The luxury one and two bedroom homes on offer highlight Crest Nicholson’s dedication to developing high-quality homes that provide contemporary living solutions for the many professionals living in the city centre.”
This weekend Crest Nicholson will be offering to pay the legal fees and stamp duty for everyone who reserves a property, in addition to providing high-quality flooring throughout the property and a meal for two (up to the value of £100) at Marco Pierre White’s restaurant in The Cube.
When complete, Central Plaza will deliver 132 luxury one and two bedroom apartments across two residential buildings, sitting over a 139 space undercroft car park. The new phase will link together the eight acres of landscaped parkland at Park Central, including the Moonlit Park, Wildflower Meadow and Sunset Park. The apartments have been designed so the majority benefit from advantageous views across the development and Birmingham city centre. Prices from £117,000 for a stylish one bedroom apartment and from £158,000 for a two bedroom property; the majority of which come with allocated parking.
Crest Nicholson is delivering the central phase in partnership with Birmingham City Council and Crest’s development partner, Optima Community Association. Construction is already well underway, with the homes due to be build complete this autumn.
