Crest Nicholson tops the ranks in customer satisfaction survey

Developer Crest Nicholson, the company that has transformed Bristol’s Harbourside, has been awarded a Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction.

The award follows an independent national survey undertaken by In-house Research which asked customers whether they would recommend their builder based on the whole experience of purchasing a new home.

Crest topped the charts with over 95% of customers saying they would recommend the award-winning business.

Susan Young, sales and marketing director at Crest Nicholson said: “We’re delighted to have been awarded gold for customer satisfaction. We continually strive to exceed our customer’s expectations. That’s why we work closely with them every step of the way to understand their needs and to help them find the right property as well as guiding them through the purchasing process; all of which is followed up by our after sales care.

“This award is the result of our commitment to meet the highest standards of customer service. Everyone involved with Harbourside should be proud of this achievement and is great recognition of their determination to provide the best possible service.”

Transforming the area formerly known as Canon’s Marsh, Harbourside is a place that reflects the needs of the modern city where the harbour has become a leisure asset rather than a working port.

Its cosmopolitan feel has attracted many people who wanted somewhere to live that not only has an inner-city buzz, but the unparalleled convenience it provides.

Fortunately for those wanting to live at Harbourside, Crest Nicholson is just about to launch the final phase in the summer. Called Invicta it will comprise 170 apartments, and will include a mix of styles and sizes ideal for those wanting all the benefits of city-centre living.

Susan added: “Harbourside has created an area where people can live, work and enjoy their leisure time. It has also created a landscaped waterside which has opened up the area to the public and includes a new Harbour Inlet and pontoons so that owners can moor their boats on the historic floating harbour.

“There’s no doubting that the attractions of living in the city-centre is why so many people have decided to make the award-winning development their home. With the final phase to be launched soon, anyone interested should register their interest in time for when we launch.

“Having opened up an area that, less than a decade ago, was a real eye sore in the heart of Bristol, Harbourside has become a real benefit to the city and is something the people of Bristol should not only make the most of but be proud of for years to come.”
