Help to Buy allows couple to secure dream home at Crest Nicholson’s Elsenham Vale, Elsenham


Nicola, 45 years old, and Wayne Lapwood, 52 years old, secured their dream home thanks to Help to Buy, and were able to move into their brand-new three-bedroom house at Crest Nicholson’s Elsenham Vale in Elsenham without delay.

Nicola, who works as a Mobile Device Foresenic Manager for the Police, and Wayne, a driver, realised it was time for them to take their first step onto the property ladder and purchase their first home together. The couple had been renting in Hertfordshire but chose to make Essex their new base in order to live in the property of their dreams. Crest Nicholson’s Elsenham Vale really caught their eye, and after re-visiting the development multiple times, “it already felt like home,” explained Nicola, as the couple said they “smiled everytime we came back.”

Commenting on the buying process at the development, Nicola explains that “the sales team couldn’t have been more helpful, they really followed us throughout and always made time when we came back!”
