Research has recently revealed just how the credit crunch has affected first-time buyers* with one in four now needing help from a parent to help fund their step onto the property ladder. EasyBuy is a Crest Nicholson incentive designed to help purchasers struggling to buy their own home. With EasyBuy purchasers can own 100% of their own home and pay only 75% of the price.
