Monksmoor Park has been shortlisted for Property Week’s ‘The Placemaking Award’ 2019

Crest Nicholson’s Monksmoor Park has been shortlisted for ‘The Placemaking Award’ category in this year’s prestigious Property Week Awards. With a consistently high standard of entries, the judges recognised Crest Nicholson’s commitment to develop Monksmoor Park’s wider ‘Garden City’ community vision and ability to nurture a thriving community carefully designed for residents and visitors to enjoy.

Entries were judged on key criteria including boldness of vision, the positive social and economic impact on the community and any challenges overcome in bringing the development to fruition. The winners will be announced on 24th April 2019 and the full list of shortlisted entries can be found on the Property Week Awards website.

David Hnyda, Sales & Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson Chiltern comments; “Monksmoor Park exemplifies Crest Nicholson’s Garden Village Principles, where green space and trees are as important as buildings. Healthy lifestyles are encouraged, and sustainability is championed, making it a perfect candidate for The Placemaking Award and well deserving of its shortlisting this year. We are very proud of achieving not just high quality bricks and mortar, but simultaneously establishing communities set to thrive for generations to come. We will be eagerly awaiting the outcome of the winner’s announcement in April, as this will be well-deserved recognition for everyone involved.”
