Award-winning developer Crest Nicholson has announced it will launch brand-new development, Colwell Green in Witney, Oxfordshire. Perfectly situated on the edge of Cotswolds, Colwell Green will feature a contemporary collection of one- and two-bedroom apartments and two to five-bedroom houses. The development is set to launch on Saturday 15th December and will welcome its first residents in early 2019.

Once complete, the development will offer 257 new homes thoughtfully designed using locally-inspired materials with many including limestone exterior features. It will also feature a public open space and associated infrastructure. Many homes will be able to purchase on the Help to Buy scheme, enabling prospective purchasers to secure their new home with just a 5% deposit.

London’s Paddington Station is easily accessible in just over an hour from Charlbury station or in 40 minutes from nearby Didcot station.

The development is set to attract young families with a selection of excellent local schools and facilities in the surrounding area.
