Daventry-based employee wins Silver at Crest Nicholson’s national awards

Chris Cox, a Site Manager at Crest Nicholson’s Monksmoor Park development, has won Silver in the Site Manager of the Year category at the company’s Customer Experience Awards 2017.  

The annual awards, now in their 25th year, celebrate employees who deliver outstanding customer care in their roles as Site Managers, Sales Advisors, Customer Service teams and, for the second year running, Apprentices.

The Silver award in the ‘Site Manager’ category is presented to a Crest Nicholson employee who has excelled at personifying the group’s ongoing commitment to ‘raising the bar’ in terms of customer service. Nominees must demonstrate a range of competence areas including, quality presentation, a pro-active attitude, innovation and commitment to their own development. 

In total, 24 employees from across the UK were nominated for awards at the event in recognition of their talent and hard work over the last twelve months. The awards ceremony was held on Wednesday 7th June at Great Fosters in Egham.

The Customer Experience Awards is a key date in the residential developer’s calendar, demonstrating the high importance placed upon quality customer service across the group. All Crest Nicholson employees receive comprehensive training in customer service and the business provides ongoing support to all colleagues to develop these vital skills. Both customer service and customer satisfaction are measured and evaluated in Crest Nicholson’s Annual Integrated Report. 

Chris Cox, who works at the Monksmoor Park development in Daventry, commented: “I am really proud to have won this award, it’s wonderful to be recognised for my work with customers. It’s an exciting time for the development, as we recently unveiled our brand new onsite play area that looks to foster the sense of community amongst our residents. Our team at Monksmoor Park is committed to offering an exceptional level of great customer service, and we aim to provide a seamless buying experience to all customers.”

The 2017 Divisional Customer Experience of the Year Winner was Crest Nicholson Chiltern.
