Crest Nicholson Regeneration has released the first homes for sale in its latest phase at Park Central – and they are some of the rarest properties available in the city centre.

Named Madison Walk, the brand new phase will comprise seven freehold houses, all of which have three bedrooms, as well as 24 apartments, made up of a mixture of one and two bedroom properties. The first four houses are now available to purchase from plan and are all priced at £230,000.

The houses are some of the only freehold houses currently available to purchase in the city centre.  The last phase of houses at Park Central (which were released for sale last year) proved exceptionally popular, especially with investors and families.

Madison Walk will see the 1300th home built at Park Central: a 61 acre regeneration project, located off Lee Bank Middleway.

Construction is now underway on the new homes, with the first home due to be complete in July 2015.
