Award-winning house builder Crest Nicholson Eastern’s Ingress Park development in Greenhithe has been ‘highly commended’ at this year’s prestigious Evening Standard New Homes Awards.

Recognised in the ‘Best First-Time Buyer’ category for The Pier at Ingress Park, the judging panel was looking for a unique combination of affordability, stylish design and usability.

Commending Ingress Park as a whole for its impressive architecture and proximity to excellent transport links into London, the judges applauded the development for its conception and execution, which was deemed ‘just right’ for both the scheme and surrounding area. As a collection of strikingly modern apartments, the angular lines combine with an expanse of glazing to form distinctive and eye-catching riverside properties.

Additional recognition from the judges came for the diverse appeal of Ingress Park, which features a variety of apartments and floorplans to accommodate a number of buyer profiles ranging from first time buyers to growing families to downsizers.
