Article image Crest Nicholson’s Rowan Park development, located in the London Borough of Merton, has been shortlisted for the Best Low or Zero Carbon Initiative, as part of the Housebuilder Awards 2013.

The Mitcham site has been recognised for its green credentials and delivering a new style and identity for the area, acting as an exemplary model for other London suburbs. The final winner will be announced on Thursday 7th November 2013 at an awards ceremony in London.
