Crest Nicholson’s Dean Blythe wins second NHBC Quality Award

Meadows Edge, Hereford

Congratulations to Dean Blythe and the team at Meadows Edge, Hereford on achieving yet another NHBC Quality Award in the NHBC Pride in the Job Awards.

The ‘Pride in the Job’ competition is one of the housebuilding industry’s most prestigious awards, recognising site managers who achieve the highest standards in housebuilding. The category was judged by Building Inspectors who assessed the quality of building work from foundations to finishing touches throughout three stages of inspection.

Dean was also recognised by the NHBC earlier this year, being commended in the organisation’s prestigious Health & Safety Awards. Organised by NHBC and independently judged by CITB, Constructing Better Health and the HSE, the awards have been running for seven years and are the only health and safety recognition scheme in the UK exclusively for home builders.

Chris Dudley, Build Executive at Crest Nicholson, commented:

“We are delighted to celebrate another award win for one of our most talented site managers in the South West region. Dean’s second award is well deserved and its fantastic recognition for his hard work throughout the year.”
