Residents at Crest Nicholson’s St John’s Park development in Marlborough have been busy making final preparations for their celebrations for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, including a Street Party that they will be hosting on Monday, 4th June.
Crest Nicholson, the award winning house builder behind the development, has kindly donated £250 to the residents for the Street Party which will include a family BBQ, with cakes and other quintessentially British delights. There will also be music and a range of activities and games for the children of the development to enjoy.
George Kapon, St John’s resident and organiser of the Street Party said: “We are delighted that Crest Nicholson has provided this donation to help us put on a community party to remember in celebration of the Queen’s Jubilee. The residents have all pulled together to make this happen and are all contributing something different towards the party, which should be a really special occasion.”
Tim Ridges, Sales Manager for Crest Nicholson said: “It’s fantastic to see the residents coming together to celebrate the Jubilee, and using the outdoor space we have created here at St John’s for community activities just like this. As the development is now in its second phase this will be a good opportunity for existing residents to meet some of the new people who have recently moved in, and help reinforce the community atmosphere we have here at St John’s.”
Set in the picturesque market town of Marlborough the development, which is located to the east of the town centre and is now in its second phase, comprises 174 traditionally designed properties including three, four and five bedroom houses. Prices at St John’s Park currently start at £228,995 for a three bedroom home and £304,995 for a four bedroom home.
