Summer is being celebrated this Saturday (23rd June), 11am – 5pm, at Crest Nicholson’s St Francis Park development in Haywards Heath with a barbeque and a day of children’s activities. Not just for residents of the development, everyone in the local area is welcome and, with a range of activities going on, it promises to be a fun-filled day for all the family.
In addition to the barbeque, which will be served from 12 noon, there will be activities in which children can take part. They can have their faces painted and a balloon modeller will also be there throughout the day, creating balloon animals and taking requests. Potential buyers will have the opportunity to meet the Crest Nicholson sales team and view the homes available.
Christine Tiernan, Sales & Marketing Director for Crest Nicholson South, said: “The barbeque and activities day at St Francis Park promises to be a lot of fun for everyone. With the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and the London 2012 Olympics, there is an air of celebration throughout the country and we wanted to bring some of that cheer to St Francis Park. What better way to bring in the summer than by having a barbeque?
“With a close-knit community, St Francis Park is an ideal development to host a party. We are offering an open invitation to everyone in the local community and we hope that those interested in buying a home at St Francis Park will come down and speak to the residents and hear for themselves what it is like living at the development. They will also have the opportunity to look round the development at leisure. We are all looking forward to a fun day.”
St Francis Park has been designed to have the style and feel of a country village and, in addition to the Granary houses, offers a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes, all brought together to create a strong community in the heart of the West Sussex countryside.
The development is ideal for all types of buyers from families, commuters and empty nesters, offering a range of amenities and activities close by. Haywards Heath town centre is within easy reach and boasts many high street shops, including Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury’s supermarket as well as plenty of parks and open spaces. There are also plenty of leisure centres, gyms and sports clubs, as well as access to swimming and equestrian facilities, while golf lovers can enjoy the 18 hole course at Haywards Heath Golf Club.
As well as being located just a mile from Haywards Heath train station with trains to the capital in 45 minutes to an hour, St Francis Park is close to both the A23 and M23 taking drivers north to the M25 or South to the coast. Gatwick airport is also only 15 miles away, perfect for business travellers or simply those who like to travel abroad.
