A local sales advisor has won a Silver Award at housebuilder Crest Nicholson’s annual national Sales Advisor of the Year awards ceremony. Lucy Fincham, who has worked for Crest Nicholson for four years, beat off competition from across the country to be presented with a Silver Award at the company’s Sales Advisor of the Year awards ceremony on Wednesday.
Lucy won the award for her work at the Centenary Quay development in Woolston, Southampton, where she has consistently delivered the very best in customer service and driven sales in a challenging market.
Stephen Stone, Chief Executive, Crest Nicholson PLC, comments: “We take our standards of customer care very seriously and our sales advisors are at the heart of ensuring a positive experience for our purchasers. It is absolutely critical in our business that purchasers are given expert support and advice to guide them through the buying process; even more so in a tough economic climate. Lucy has worked incredibly hard to drive sales at Centenary Quay and feedback from customers is that she does a phenomenal job helping and supporting them every step of the way through the buying process. Lucy’s work is exemplary and I’m delighted to be able to recognise her efforts with this award.”
Lucy commented: “I am absolutely delighted to have won the award. Centenary Quay is a great site to work on as there’s a real variety of buyers and I’ve got to know many of the residents really well. I’m lucky to work with such a great team and to have a job that I really enjoy – I get to help people fulfil what for many is a major life ambition in owning their own home. It’s really satisfying when, after working closely with a customer, I hand them the keys to their new home and see how happy and excited they are.”
