Stephen Stone, Chief Executive at Crest Nicholson, joined an exclusive club of leading lights in the property industry when he was presented with one of the prestigious trophies at the 23rd Annual Property Awards (PROPS) lunch. The PROPS recognises individuals and companies in the property industry who have excelled, and awards are allocated to notable industry leaders who have made an outstanding contribution in their field.
According to the judges, Stephen received an award for his contribution to the property industry over many years, particularly in the house building sector, whilst never losing sight of Crest Nicholson’s dedication to excellence in design, innovation, sustainability and customer service.
The PROPS raises vital funds for Children's Charity Variety, which supports children and young people throughout the UK who are sick, disabled and disadvantaged, funding over 1,950 electric powered wheelchairs to date. Crest Nicholson has been a long term supporter of the charity, raising more than £554,400 since first pledging its support in 2005. This has funded fifteen Variety Sunshine coaches, enabling thousands of children to experience a wider world, as well as numerous wheelchairs giving individual children greater mobility and independence.
