On Sunday 28th April, dog-lovers in Daventry are invited to bring their canine companions for a healthy day out in the Northamptonshire countryside at Crest Nicholson’s Monksmoor Park. Coinciding with National Pet Month, Crest Nicholson is hosting the dog-walking event for the local community, showcasing the expansive woodland and open green space surrounding the development, making it the perfect playground for pets.
The walk will encompass a 60-minute route around the picturesque Daventry Country Park, beginning and ending at Monksmoor Park’s Waterside Marketing Suite. Attendees will receive goodie bags filled with dog treats for their four-legged friends to enjoy.
David Hnyda, Sales & Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson Chiltern commented: “We would like to welcome pets and their owners to our dog walk taking place this Sunday at Waterside, Monksmoor Park. This is a great opportunity to explore the development’s natural environment and meet fellow dog-lovers from the local area.”
“For many people, pets play an integral part of family life and when it comes to looking for a new home, often finding somewhere that suits the needs of a pet is high up on the priority list. Thanks to its proximity to the Cotswolds, the development benefits from some spectacular views and gives dog owners plentiful green space to enjoy on their doorstep.”
Monksmoor Park enjoys the perks of both town and country-living, with easy access to the nearby M1 via the A45, which drivers can reach in just 15 minutes. Long Buckby train station, just a 10-minute drive from the development, gives residents easy access to Northampton, where they can make the most of the range of amenities it has to offer.
Monksmoor Park offers a range of properties from one and two-bedroom apartments to two, three and four-bedroom houses, with prices ranging from £141,950 - £374,950. Selected properties are available through the Help to Buy scheme. For more information, please call 01327 368721, or visit https://www.crestnicholson.com/developments/monksmoor-park/.
