Katarzyna Corcoran, a local nurse, recently moved into her third Crest Nicholson home having upgraded from an apartment to a house, thanks to the housebuilder’s Part Exchange scheme.
The Ridings is the most recent addition to Crest Nicholson’s Hunts Grove development in Gloucestershire. A fan of the Crest Nicholson’s developments, Katarzyna initially lived in a smaller three-bedroom home, before part exchanging it for an apartment. This year she used the Part Exchange scheme again to upsize from her apartment to a larger three-bedroom home.
The process has been smooth for Katarzyna, who commented: “It’s so convenient to be able to make use of the Part Exchange scheme. Crest even paid our agents’ fees, plus I was able to move without having to find a buyer for my old home first.”
The location was a big selling point for Katarzyna, with the development located close to shops and places to eat and drink. Central Gloucester is just ten minutes away by car, and the M5 offers connections further afield.
“Being able to explore the whole area easily was important for me. I feel like I have the best of both worlds living here: there’s a lot of green spaces for me to walk my dog and enjoy the countryside, but I’ve still got access to everything I need. The garage and driveway are very useful, and the garden gets sunshine for most of the day so I’m really looking forward to spending the summer here.”
All Crest Nicholson homes are finished to the highest standard, with fully fitted kitchens from the Moores Definitive Range with a Bosch oven, hob and extractor. The French doors lead out from the large living rooms into private gardens, and each room inside has been designed to maximise light.
The Ridings at Hunts Grove is now sold out, but there are still homes remaining at nearby Kingswood Fields, where prices start from £290,000 for a three-bedroom home. For more information please call 01453 579010 or visit www.crestnicholson.com/developments/kingswood-fields/.
