This weekend, 13-14 July, local housebuilder Crest Nicholson will be hosting events across two of their developments, inviting homebuyers to learn more about how they can make buying an energy-efficient, stylish, brand-new home easier than ever, with their Smart Own shared ownership scheme in collaboration with Legal & General.
Over the weekend, between 10am and 5pm, the expert Sales teams at Aspen Grange and Henley Gate will be on hand to talk about the scheme, how it works and who is eligible, as well as the many other options available, helping customers find the one that might work best for them to make their move as easy as possible.
Smart Own is a great new scheme that provides a flexible and affordable way to become a homeowner. With Smart Own, you could buy up to 75% of your dream Crest Nicholson home, meaning a smaller deposit and mortgage is required. A subsidised rent of 2.75% is then paid on the remaining share. Over time additional shares of the home can be purchased meaning you could own 100% of the home when the circumstances are right.
The scheme will be available to eligible buyers who are employed, or have other income, and their household income is less than £90,000 in London, or £80,000 anywhere else. As well as the Sales team, there will also be Independent Financial Advisor on hand to answer any questions on qualifications, mortgage repayments and finances.
