Local housebuilder Crest Nicholson has launched Smart Own, its new Shared Ownership scheme in Daventry. The scheme, which is now available at its Union Place at Monksmoor Park development, is designed to help people onto the housing ladder and delivered in partnership with Legal & General Affordable Homes.
The Smart Own Shared Ownership Scheme is available on a number of homes at the popular Daventry development, including the three-bedroom Evesham housetype. The scheme will be available to eligible buyers with a household income of less than £80,000, and whose income covers the monthly costs. They can purchase up to 75% of the property, and pay a subsided rent on the remaining share.
